There’s nothing worse than trusting someone with a refurbishment in your home and being disappointed with the outcome.

However, it doesn’t take long when speaking to Peter, co-owner of Adam Elliot, bespoke kitchen and furniture, to understand a customer will be well looked after in their kitchen designing process.

The family business opened in 1981, and despite the rebranding five years ago, the company is still very much the same.

Peter explains how getting the customer involved is vital for their business. Their priority is the level of service provided to the customer and keeping them involved with the process. “You will have that connection to your end product,” he says.

The customer is encouraged to take charge of their home and change anything they want until they are satisfied.

The designing begins with talking to the customer, listening to not only their wishes but what they don’t want in order to create the perfect, bespoke kitchen.

The company are happy to refine and refine the design until the customer is completely satisfied with the outcome. Everything is down to the customer’s wishes, “They drive it, all the way,” explains Peter.

Customers can then expect to see their kitchen as a 3D design, with the smallest details visible such as materials and colours. This enables the customer to truly envision their kitchen and highlight any aspects they dislike.

The constant communication between Adam Elliot and the customer creates an open dialogue, allowing you to truly trust them with your home.

Peter notes that smaller spaces really benefit from a bespoke touch. Unique, smaller rooms need balancing and pieces made to proportion, services you can trust Adam Elliot to get right.

Once the production process begins, the customer remains heavily involved. Peter explains clients are welcome to visit to see their kitchen being made whenever they please.

In addition, the company has an exclusive WhatsApp group for their clients. This allows them to stay in touch with the designers whenever and wherever.

Also, customers can expect to receive photos from the design process via the WhatsApp. This allows them to see exactly how the production is going if they can’t visit in person.

Another priority of Adam Elliot is the quality of the service they deliver. Peter insists they use only the best raw materials, used to fit any and every sized kitchen exactly as the customer desires.

This high-quality service is also one which will benefit homeowners in the long run. Peter describes his team as possessing a “wealth of experience,” which will not only mean your kitchen looks great, but it will last you too.

Peter understands refurbishing a kitchen is an investment and is willing to work with a customers budget. However, Adam Elliot will design you a kitchen that lasts.

The customer can trust that the bespoke kitchen will not only add value to their lives, but their home too, should they ever desire to move.

With a team of experienced and hard workers, you can trust that Adam Elliot will design you the kitchen of your dreams, with you in control the whole way.
