Results day can be the most nerve-racking day you’ll ever experience, but it’s only one day that will be forgotten about by tomorrow!

A-levels are undoubtedly an important, useful and well-recognised qualification that can help launch you into the next chapter of your life, whether it be enrolling into university or employment. However, it does not dictate your future.

Although it may seem like the end of the world that you didn’t get the grades you wanted or into your first choice university, your mental health and wellbeing is more important than a grade future employers won’t even ask you about five years down the line.

Just remember, there are other options for you to consider.

There are hundreds of avenues you can consider through apprenticeships, without getting into debt. A university degree costs thousands of pounds; although, it can boost your earning potential in the future. But, an apprenticeship lets you earn as you learn, whilst gaining useful skills and knowledge that employers are searching for.
