Garnished with delicate star anise, the Cozy Day cocktail is the perfect warmer to relax with on a chilly evening. For those looking for a more tropical New Year’s the Winter Sangria offers a sunny mix of cognac and rum. The Mr. Nick cocktail is certain to tingle a taste bud or two with its undertones of cinnamon and almond.
All cocktails are priced at £11.00 each and compulsory for those looking for a New Year’s Eve to remember. Alternatively, guests can enjoy their cocktails in the snug surroundings of The Library with screenings of classic Christmas films from 7pm daily.
K West’s New Year’s Eve Tasting Dinner menu comes with a glass of Champagne and a range of delicious dishes. The menu includes Brine Cured Salmon with Mixed Beetroot & Basil Oil; Wild Mushroom and Leek Soup; Pan-fried Halibut with Crushed Potato, Pea & Lime; Char-grilled Dry-Aged Rib Eye with Mash, Wild Mushrooms & Red Wine Sauce; Spicy Cauliflower Steak with Glazed Root Vegetables; Champagne Sorbet and Chef’s Desserts Platter.
