In 2017 we completely refurbished Temple Court reception so that even though the building is traditional the inside is contemporary, spacious and welcoming thus enabling us to offer hot desking and free meeting room space as an additional service.

Planning was the essential part of ensuring the refurb started and finished in the given window and in the agreed budget, it can be so easy to go over, it was so important that we gave our clients and their clients the beautiful new reception area but didn’t impact on their business………we did it and are all reaping the benefits of it. We also installed showers, additional car parking and space for an additional covered bike storage area.

Our choice of designer Claire Willicombe, Director of Lillieum was amazing from helping choose the style, colours, the furniture and all the other items that go to make the place look amazing, in the middle of everything moving and being dug up she was calm, firm and professional at all times………she was the perfect right hand man when refurbishing a busy serviced office.

We also refurbished our meeting rooms at the same time (gluttons for punishment) We understand that it is essential that meeting room space is comfortable and well equipped as you would be surprised at what goes on behind these closed doors, anything from interviews, training, disciplinary meetings, formal hearings or your monthly board meeting.

Would I refurb another centre………..yes I would……its all about choosing the right team and sticking to the plan…….the end product is fantastic which allows me to lean back in my chair and feel so satisfied that the planning paid off. My clients were all amazing and got the point that at the end of it they would have an amazing place to work and meet their clients………..mission accomplished!!
