South Wales Wellness Show will be taking place on Sunday 16th October in The Great Hall in Cardiff Student’s Union. The vision is for the show to help people reclaim their power, reconnect with themselves and each other, and take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
Richard and Lorna are hosts of South Wales Wellness Show and are co-owners of Calon Lân Healing, offering reiki healing and training, hypnotherapy, shamanic healing, spiritual coaching and past life regression.
‘This is the first show since 2019 because of lockdowns, so we are tremendously excited to be bringing the show back again to its fantastic location in the Great Hall in Cardiff Student’s Union. We are building on the success of the previous show and extending the variety of exhibitor stalls and breakout sessions, with even more opportunities for fun, education, self-exploration and new experiences.
Our aim is to co-create the biggest and best wellness show South Wales has ever seen. We are excited to have so many experienced healers, practitioners, creators, mentors, coaches and wellness advocates all in one place! We will have fantastic workshops, live music, interactive sessions, guest speakers from around the world and a wonderful array of products, therapies and services from our 70+ exhibitors.
From a personal perspective, we have both been privileged to connect with many of our speakers and exhibitors through our own healing journey over the last 4 years. They have had such a tremendous impact on our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and we are honoured to create this opportunity to connect, learn from and support one another. We can’t wait to see you all on 16th October!”
