This grew quickly and it presented an opportunity to provide balanced food for busy lives, with nutritious meals and without compromising on flavour.

The business was run alongside their full-time jobs, and last year, they took the plunge to leave the safety net of their employment and focused on their dream but giving it their all. At Clean Kitchen only fresh and clean ingredients are source if not transformed into healthy, delicious meals that are able to be delivered straight to your door or workplace twice a week. The meals are filled with protein and highly packed in nutrients and are portion controlled, which takes the worrying of calorie counting out of dinner time.

Their aim is to take the stress out of mealtimes and make healthy eating as easy and enjoyable as possible. No more hassle with shopping, prepping, or calorie counting. Instead, you’ll receive home-cooked meals that taste as great as home cooked meals. They also provide meals to a number of different sports clubs across South Wales. They delivered high quality breakfast, snacks and meals to staff and players, fuelling them during training sessions and matches with a high protein, balanced meal.
