Ways you can practice mindfulness

If you feel your mind wander into a place of negativity don’t beat yourself up about it, instead just direct your attention back to your breathing and let your body relax.
Even doing this for just ten minutes a day will help open up your mind and relieve stress and tension in both your body and mind.

Giving yourself an allocated amount of time to go to a class may help you fit it into your schedule so that it can become a part of your daily routine.
