The Pretty Little Treat Company has pledged to use only 100% recyclable or sustainable materials ahead of Earth Day on 22nd April 2019.
The Pretty Little Treat Co. creates cruelty-free bath and body products, lip balm, hand creams, and matchbox solid perfume bars and believes that life’s little luxuries are essential to overall wellbeing.
A family business who produce handmade, vintage-inspired bath and body products using natural and locally sourced ingredients has released that all their products will now be packaged using compostable and biodegradable paper tape, potato starch cellophane bags, packing chips and FSC certified cardboard boxes and paper.
The majority of the firm’s products come in glass jars with aluminium lids and for shower products they use 100% recyclable PET plastic.
The products are packaged beautifully, smell incredible and really do leave you feeling relaxed and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

Their managing director, Vicky Woodger said, “We’re passionate about responding to these needs and so, have pledged to make sure all our packaging can now be recycled or reused. Just because we’re pretty (and pink!) doesn’t mean we’re not green! Every decision we make about our products has careful consideration from the highest quality raw ingredients we use to the way we package and ship out our gorgeous products and gifts to our customers.”
